Grapes are sourced from the Alpine region in Victoria, around the bottom of Mount Buller. This Riesling is oxidative in style, giving it a Jura-esque feel. Richer in style than a typical cool climate Riesling, with honey notes, stone fruit, lemon, lemon butter, and barley. Despite its richer body, it retains that lovely acidity that you get from Riesling. Complex wine, with great length and finish. At 11.5% alc, its very smashable on a warm day.
