Rare Character works hands-on with distilleries — including running their own mash bills through other distilleries' stills — producing whiskey that simply doesn't exist anywhere else, like a 95\/5 rye made in Kentucky, a mash bill almost unheard of in the state. The portfolio spans their flagship Single Barrel Series, the limited-release RCLR blends (marriages of 8–15 year old whiskey), revived heritage brands like Fortuna Bourbon, the Native Wood and Finishing Series (casks from Cognac to Jamaican rum to woods never before used on American whiskey), and the ultra-aged Exceptional Series.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\"\u003eMoreish Wines is the Australian home of Rare Character.
