Kanosuke First Release 2021 Single Malt Japanese Whisky
The first single malt whisky from new Japanese distillery Kanosuke.

Distilled from unpeated malt this has been matured in a mixture of re-charred American white oak barrels and ex-Mellowed Kozuru barrels, a barrel-aged sochu developed by the company in the late '50s and one of their flagship products.
Bottled at "cask strength" 58% and non-chll filtered.
