Biodynamic Chardonnay from the Derwent Valley, Tasmania that is very Burgundian in style and profile. The grapes were picked on a fruit day, aged in large oak barrels and matured under lees. Struck match notes, flint, peaches, nectarines, a little bit of white pepper, citrus, oyster shell, almonds, white flowers and wonderfully balanced acidity. Fantastic cool climate Chardonnay! Only 1440 bottles produced.
