‘Dry grown Chenin Blanc from a certified organic vineyard in Willyabrup with a little hint of Tempranillo to help soften the palate. Hand harvested, whole bunch pressed & transfered straight Italian amphoras for wild fermentation. Once the degrees of natural sugars reaches a certain level, the bubbling wine was transfered directly into bottle where it was allowed to finish its fermentation to leave a wine thats is naturally sparkling. No nothings. Sans sulphur.’
