Benevelli Piero Barolo Ravera di Monforte 2012
Barolo that is approachable and ready to drink now, thats not often you hear that.
'Dusty old wood and menthol, cherry and poached strawberry, some vanilla, dried roses and herb. Medium to full bodied, firm drying tannin, dark cherry, crushed walnut and spice, and a spread of scratchy tannin on a finish of fair length. It’s pretty good.'
