Champagne Chartogne-Taillet Brut Rosé NV

Chartogne’s delicious rosé is based on a similar blend to the Cuvée Sainte Anne, without the reserve wine, and purely from vintage 2015. It’s combined with a little Estate red wine from the vineyard of Les Orizeaux, which also comes from the same year as the base wine. The dosage of just 5.5g/L keeps it beautifully dry.

“The NV (2015) Brut Rosé is fabulous. Rich and expansive on the palate, Alexandre Chartogne's Rosé is impossible to put down. The 2015 has enough richness to drink well at the table, but it is also irresistible on its own. Readers will find a racy, generous Rosé that hits all the right notes. Vinification in tank preserves a good deal of freshness. Dosage is 5-6 grams per liter.” 92 points, Antonio Galloni, Vinous
