Express Winemakers Blanc 2017


'It was difficult to blend, but it's easy to drink. After much deliberation, the final blend for this wine is whole bunch pressed Sauvignon Blanc (55%) and Chenin Blanc (15%) from my vineyard in Mount Barker, combined with skin fermented Semillon (25%) and Riesling (5%) from the Clos du Tertre vineyard in Frankland. The wine has aromas and flavours of tropical fruits and green herbs with natural acidity as bright as the sun'
