Konpira Maru El Pacu Chardonnay 2016


Chardonnay from Toppers Mountain in New England, NSW. The Chardonnay spent time in stainless steel and was left on lees. Zesty lemon, light sea spray, nutty, oats and light chalky minerality. This is a juicy, sweet, super fun and delicious that is a bit more exciting than your average Aussie Chardy.
