'The grapes for this wine were harvested from Alice’s vines in the “En Arces” vineyard near the Jura village of Arbois. The wine is made from Pinot Noir 75% and 25% Chardonnay. The grapes underwent whole cluster maceration for 2 months, before being bottled in July 2021 almost 10 months after the grapes were harvested.
In the description that Alice gave us she used the word “trempette” which literally translates as going going for a “dip”.
The alcohol level is a very pleasant 11%.'
