Linnaea, Arlequin Cabernet Sauvignon 2016

Determined to prove that Cabernet Sauvignon deserves a seat back at the table of great varieties, we present the 2016 Arlequin. Mostly crafted from a 60-40 split of two fascinating and mysterious clones (Reynella and Mt Ida), which were dry-farmed with open canopies. Fermented then macerated as whole berries for 45 days, the wine was then split between neutral puncheons and a smattering of delicate new oak barrique for 10 months. 92% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Cabernet Franc & 4% Petit Verdot.
