The grapes were crushed and the juice transferred to a fibreglass tank where the natural fermentation using indigenous yeasts took place.
The wine matured in the tank for 8 months before it was bottled without the addition of any sulphites. The result is a beautiful wine that is non-oxidative and very fresh. It is a delightful wine.'
