'The Triangle Block displays the terracotta-red, iron-rich soils found in parts of the north and west Barossa and is managed under bio-dynamic principles. A dry winter and warm spring drove an early harvest despite average summer temperatures. Hand-picked on 24 February, 25% whole bunch, fermented by indigenous yeast in open fermenter and closed puncheons, matured for 21 months in French oak (15% new), unfiltered.
