'Grown on acidic sandy loam over brown clay on the steep east-facing Hill Block in Summertown. Awarded Best Sauvignon Blanc at the 2019 Halliday Wine Companion Awards.
Abundant winter rain followed by a cool spring and summer heralded a late vintage. The Hill Block was hand-picked on 10 April, most fermented in French oak barrels (30% new, Damy) while 14% was left on skins and fermented in tank before pressing to barrel. Nine months on yeast lees, fined and filtered.'
