Murdoch Hill Wines Vis-à-Vis Cabernet Franc 2018
'Quite a bit of mezcal-like whole bunch influence, macerated cherry, blackberry, spice, purple florals. It’s medium-bodied, fleshy and sappy, squishy sweet and sour fruit profile laden with spice and fern greenery, milky and fine chalky texture, dry and dusty on the finish, but with that juicy sour cherry adding succulence. It’s an excellent wine. You have to like ’em a bit stalky, but a wine that’s easy to go glass-to-glass on.'
