A blend of Shiraz (58%), Touriga (31%), a touch of Tempranillo (6.5%), and Cabernet (4.5%). All fruit is sourced from Gundagai in NSW. The wine has a lifted floral nose, a bright and crunchy palate of juicy blue blackberry, mulberry, blackcurrant, with violets, spice, hints of liquorice and soft silky tannins.
