A blend of Marsanne, Roussanne, Viognier & a little bit of Chardonnay. Grapes come from Canberra, and are whole bunch pressed, with skin contact. They spend 9 months on lees, and also spent time in amphora. This is a rich, textural wine with layers of stone fruit, pear, spices, sweet honeysuckle notes, and candied ginger. Would be great with some grilled prawns or Blue Eye Trevalla with XO Sauce.
