Ravensworth The Grainery 2017
Predominately Viognier this year, with Marsanne, Roussanne, and a bit of Chardonnay. Whole bunch pressed fruit, skin contact, nine months on lees, and some time in ceramic eggs. Rich, textural wine with a profile of pear, quince, spice, ginger, creaminess and balanced with great zippy acidity. Perfect with roast chicken, or white fish.
