Natural wine with no added Sulphur. macerated on skins for 5 days and aged for 6 months in Clay Amphora.  

Orange color. Baked white fruit (apple) on the nose. Good acidity and tension.

'The Aixala family realised a long-held dream in 2003 when the father-daughter team recovered their grandfather’s old vineyards and planted new vines. The family started planting new vines and in 2006 now have a total 10 hectares of family vineyards. The vineyards are located between 850-900m above sea level, on the steep terraced slopes of the Montsant mountain and surrounded by Serra la Llena and Serra de Prades. (The other side of DOQ Priorat and DO Montsant.)'
