Whipper Snapper Distillery, Upshot Australian Whiskey Cask Strength


The Whipper Snapper Distillery in Perth and distills this in the traditional American approach. Hence why it's spelt Whiskey with an E.

The Upshot is produced from corn, wheat and barley grains, all of which have been sourced from Western Australia. Then is distilled in a column still. If this were an American whiskey you'd be able to call it Bourbon. Left at cask strength (64%) this is a limited edition first release of the standard Upshot.
