The Wine Farm Chardonnay 2017
Another vintage, another cracking Chardonnay from The Wine Farm in Gippsland. Unlike most Chardonnay in Australia this sees no oak and is a great Australian take on Chablis. Lots of lemon, crisp green apples, sea spray notes, pomelo, grapefruit zest, spice, citrus blossom, lovely zippy acidity, balance and the finish just goes on! A delicious organic Chardonnay. Have with seafood, Asian food, roast chicken, or vegetarian food.
