Year Wines Noodle Juice 2020

A blend of Grillo & Arneis. The Grillo was kept on skins for 24 hours before pressing to tank and settled overnight before racking for wild ferment. The Arneis was kept on skins for 4 months before being pressed to old French oak. Full solids. Both wines went through malo. Gravity racked together before being settled for bottling. No adds bar a small amount of S02. Unfined and unfiltered. All fruit from Blewitt Springs.
