A summer quaffable number by Caleigh and Luke. Yes you can think noodles. Slides down like a salty, slippery oyster. A blend of ~ equal parts Grillo and Riesling and roughly 5% Muscat de Petit Grains from McLaren Vale. All the vineyards are managed organically. The Grillo is in Blewitt Springs and the Riesling from Tatachilla and Muscat from Willunga. 48 hours on skins for the Grillo, direct pressed Riesling and also some skinsy Riesling and direct pressed Muscat. Fresh and easy drinking for these allusive picnics. 12.9% abv.
