Domaine Ribiera Tinto Blanc 2022
A vibrant blend of Vermentino and Clairette with a short cold maceration that adds a gentle, pleasing grip. Aromas of ripe stone fruit, citrus zest and a touch of wild herbs lead into a bright, mineral-driven palate. It’s fresh, crisp and zippy, with just enough texture to keep things interesting and a juicy, mouth watering finish. The kind of bottle that could easily disappears halfway through lunch and demands another.
Domaine Ribiera (Languedoc, FRA)
Domaine Ribiera is a tiny, organic estate in Aspiran, Languedoc, run by François and Marie Ribiera since 2005. Farming a handful of limestone- and clay-rich parcels, they work with Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Terret, Carignan and small amounts of white varieties. Everything is done naturally: spontaneous ferments, minimal sulphur, and gentle élevage in concrete or old oak. Their wines are bright, textured and beautifully fresh—an elegant, lighter take on Languedoc.
