Your satisfaction is important to us, thus our returns policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

We will happily accept the exchange and return of wines, if it is a faulty bottle. Alternatively, we will provide you with a full refund should you prefer that to an exchange or in cases where an exchange is not possible due to stock limitations. We require that you return the faulty wine to us before we are able to process the refund.

Please contact us immediately before returning any faulty wines so that we can advise the most suitable course of action based on the relevant issue and delivery areas.
