Shipping Costs

Moreish Wines offers free shipping for any orders of $350 and over to most metro and regional centres. For orders below $350, shipping costs will be calculated according to the shipping destination and weight of your order.  

The shipping calculator may present you with several shipping costs, please select the cheapest shipping option.

All orders will be shipping directly from our headquarters in Sydney using Australia Post. When your wine has been dispatched, we will give you a tracking number.

If you qualify for free shipping, upon checkout a “Free Shipping” option will become available. Please select this option to ensure no shipping charges are added to your order.

Shipping Times

We ship wine twice a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon.

These are the estimated shipping times:

Sydney: 1 business day

Rest of East Coast and Adelaide: 2-4 business days

Rest of Australia: 5-7 business days*

*Please contact us for delivery cost to addresses in Australian regional centres and outside metropolitan capital cities. Please allow at least 10 working days for deliveries to these areas. In outlying or remote areas, delivery will take a little longer. 

Please note that we do not deliver to some areas that are extremely warm all year round (Northern Territory and North Western Australia) and some extremely remote areas that are not serviced.

Delivery Instructions

If you’re not likely to be at home to receive your order, please leave special delivery instructions during checkout (eg. leave at front door). Alternatively if you live in an apartment complex or house with no easy drop off location, we suggest you have the wine delivered to your work address, a neighbour’s or friend’s place.


Breakages and Missing Deliveries

While these are rare, they may occasionally happen but it is not a problem. All orders are fully covered by freight insurance for loss and breakage. Please note that Moreish Wines or Australia Post will not recognise any claims for deliveries that have been signed for or left unattended when an authority to leave the wine has been given. Should you suspect any breakage, please do not accept delivery and contact us immediately to arrange a replacement.

Hot Weather and Delayed Dispatch

We don’t ship wine if particularly hot weather is forecasted, to prevent heat exposure damaging your wine. If you would like to delay your order dispatch further until cooler periods, please let us know once your order has been placed and dispatch will be delayed until the specified date.
