'This is the first still red wine we have had from Piollot. It is Pinot Noir from the Come des Tallants parcel grown on marne and Kimmeridgian limestone. It is a homage to generations of the Piollot family and to others who have worked with them in this place, crossing paths, rubbing shoulders, sharing ideas and supporting each other. The hands of them all are in the wine.
