La Bulette is a Cremant de Jura wine from Domaine des Cavarodes. This wine with no additions is an exceptional and very unique 11% Pet Nat from legendary Jura winemaker Étienne Thibault, with Chardonnay & Savagnin, which must see some skin contact based on the beautiful golden colour. Aged for 24 months in the bottle before disgorgement, this sparkling banger features notes of apricots, sultanas, quince and lime. Bubbles are soft and noninvasive.
