The mouth is lively and flexible, and the finish is taut with saline notes. The wine will benefit from a decant. As its name suggests, the terroir is composed of sand and shales!
Chenin with powerful notes of citrus and white flesh fruits. The mouth is straight and saline. A tension and a structure brought by a vintage marked by freshness.
100% organic Chenin Blanc, wild yeast fermentation for 9 months and aged in old oak for 18 months, no fining or filtration on the wine.
Great with seafood, white meats or matured cheeses (come, goats, sheep).
