'Alice has made this wine from Poulsard, Chardonnay and Savagnin all harvested from Alice’s vines in the La Mailloche vineyard on the outskirts of Arbois.
While most of her estate wines are single variety she does blend occasionally, but always only if the grapes are from the same vineyard.
The whole clusters were macerated for two months prior to pressing.
The wine is certified as both organic by Ecocert France and biodynamic with Demeter. It is 13% alcohol.
