Dark plum, blackberry and violet with a little cocoa and savoury spice. Generous and juicy through the middle, but there’s enough freshness and tannin to stop it becoming big or jammy. Malbec with plenty of flavour, but still very much in the Felix Caspar mould.
Felix Caspar is the Margaret River winemaking project of brothers Ruben and Phil. Since founding the label in 2017, they have focused on crafting small-batch, site-expressive wines from carefully selected single blocks and standout vineyard sites across this iconic Western Australian region. Beginning with Cabernet Sauvignon and expanding into a tightly curated range of single-variety releases, their wines champion clarity, structure and drinkability.
