This Pet Nat is a blend of Tumbarumba Chardonnay and Canberra Savagnin.
A bright, juicy pét-nat built for pure refreshment. Aromas of lemon zest, pear skin and spring blossoms roll into a lively palate of crunchy orchard fruit, grapefruit pith and a gentle savoury twist. Fine, frothy bubbles keep everything zippy and very easy drinking, with a dry, saline finish that begs for another pour. Fun, textural and effortlessly smashable.
