From old Savagnin vines planted beneath the limestone cliffs of Château-Chalon. Floral and exceptionally pure, opening with fresh walnut, dried citrus, vanilla, gentle spice and a faint savoury nuttiness. Concentrated but remarkably graceful, with an airy texture, fine acidity and a long, saline, limestone-driven finish. A more delicate and polished expression of Vin Jaune, balancing oxidative complexity with freshness and finesse.
