New cuvee from Pinot Noir, a single plot of south facing 70 yr old vines planted on soils of sandstone, clay & limestone in Mavilly. Ethereal and unadulterated Pinot Noir coming from Domaine Dandelion, who are part of a new forward-thinking wave of vignerons taking Burgundy by storm. This is effortless, almost like a Jurassic Ploussard. Aptly named after the couple's daughter who was born around the same time they acquired this parcel in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune. Cute.
