Producer's wine style
Tinklers describes U & I Shiraz with black cherry and plum, a little white pepper and vanilla oak. Concentrated dark fruit and chocolate are supported by velvety French oak tannins.
Vineyard
The wine is named for brothers Usher and Ian Tinkler and their family partnership. Hand-picked fruit comes from the original Shiraz plantings at the foothills of the Pokolbin Mountains, with traditional winemaking used to express the character of the site.
