This is a rare final release from their leased Bonnège parcel in Côte de Brouilly. Made from old-vine Gamay with whole-cluster carbonic maceration and aged in large old foudre, it shows vibrant notes of stewed strawberry, rhubarb, and black fruit layered with herbs, smoke, and mineral spice. Medium-bodied with bright acidity and fine tannins, it’s a soulful Beaujolais that balances charm and depth, perfect to enjoy now or over the next few years.
