Cassis, blackberry and dark plum with a little cedar, dried herb and spice underneath. There’s proper Cabernet structure here, but the tannins are fine and the fruit stays fresh rather than heavy. Classic Margaret River bones, just made in a much more immediately drinkable style.
Felix Caspar is the Margaret River winemaking project of brothers Ruben and Phil.
