Organic natural wine from Northern Rhone.

Juicy and bright with blackcurrant, red berries, lavender and a touch of black olive. Fresh, savoury and wild-herbed with a gentle grip and lively finish. Pure bistro energy in a glass. It can be lightly chilled for warmer weather and great for taco's, steak, bbq or pizza. 11.7% ABV. 

Emerging from a culinary background, Simon honed his palate in the vineyards under the guidance of his grandfather, a passionate wine enthusiast. After some exploratory travels, he returned to collaborate with his mentor and the esteemed producer André Perret in Condrieu and Saint-Joseph. Since 2017, Simon has made Bessey his home, crafting expressive and delightful wines that reflect the region’s clayey, mineral terroir.
